Official Hours of Operation

Monday - Sunday:

08:30 - 12:30 and 17:00 - 18:00

Please let us know in advance if you need to collect/drop off at an alternate time.
These hours are specified to us by the council, however we will do our best to accomodate our customers outside these hours if required.

We endevour to answer the phone personally when you call, but we spend a lot of time attending the pets in the kennels. If you do get the answering machine we are sorry. Please do leave a message and a clear contact number. We will call you right back!

So that we can keep your pet safe, we will need to see your vaccination certificate when booking in (or you can e-mail it to us in advance).
